Babies are born ready to learn languages, and if you're able to expose your child to 2 or more languages, this can have huge benefits for their speech and language development. Some people believe that babies might get confused by hearing multiple languages, but this isn't true! So feel free to talk, sing, play and read with your child in whichever language you're most confident using, and don't be afraid to use your home language.
