Psycho-educational and therapeutic group for Key Stage 3 age children addressing emotions and feelings. Interactive and fun based programme for young people that teaches emotions and feelings as a part of us.  A range of therapeutic exercises are used throughout to connect the participants to each other and also regulate the body and its senses so that participants are ready to absorb the teaching.   This programme will be delivered in a fun and engaging way for this particular age group of young people.
