Toddler Time is a Dry Arch Sure Start programme. It is an extension of our 2 - 3 year old development programme, this is designed to help children in their Pre-School years with their early development.
It is an exciting programme for children, with emphasis on play and creativity. Toddler Time runs 2 afternoons per week, for 2 hours. You leave your child off with Dry Arch Staff and collect them again.
Who can apply to attend this programme?
To be eligible for this programme, your child must meet the following criteria:

Do not complete this form if you have applied for the SSDP for 2-3 year old programme 2019-20; we will use the details provided in that form.

Must be registered with Dry Arch Sure Start - *Please note this does not guarantee entry*

Reside within the SureStart catchment area, which incudes Coolesan, Dungiven, Enagh, Feeny, Glack, Greystone, Roeside, The Highlands and Upper Glenshane electoral wards. To find out if you your house is in these wards you can ring us and we will check your postcode.

Complete a Toddler Time form if your details have changed i.e. address or personal circumstances.
Programme Information

Toddler time is delivered within from the Dry Arch Centre in different locations, including Limavady, Dungiven and Foreglen.

The programme works in partnership with local schools.

A maximum of 8 children can attend one programme.

The programme is delivered over 38 weeks (September - June).

Children will attend 2 days per week, 2 hours per day.

Support from other Health Professionals is available.
Attendance
Children attending Sure Start Developmental Programme for Two -Three Year Olds must achieve a minimum of 80% attendance.
Parenting Programme
In addition to the monthly Stay, Play and Learn sessions it is a requirement that all parents attend a Sure Start parenting programme in the year.
Speech and Language Support
The project’s Speech and Language Therapist will work alongside the Two to Three Year Old Programme staff to promote and develop language and communication.

The Dry Arch Centre are accepting ALL the application forms.
The deadline for application forms to be received is Friday 21st June at 5pm. Any forms received after this date will not accepted.
Late applications will not be considered after the closing date so allow sufficient time to complete and return the expression of interest form.
