Health Promoting Homes for Teenagers starting soon!

Health Promoting Homes is a free 18 week personal development programme. We run HPH programmes for parents and teenagers at separate times.  Sessions include Personal Development, Cook It and Physical Activities. 

This is a Public Health Agency project which is delivered by the Dry Arch Children's Centre usually every 3-4 months. 

We are looking for Teenagers who live in Dungiven and the surrounding area to take part in our latest HPH programme.

The dates and times will be confirmed with Laura when you book in, but it will mainly take place in the evening and after school.

There will be a total of 18 sessions over a period of 9 weeks which will include learning to Cook (Cook it), physical activity self defence classes and personal development all delivered at the Dry Arch Centre in Dungiven.

For completing this project participants will receive an incentive of up to £30.
