Dry Arch Children's Centre launch "Dry Arch Breastfeeding Community" Facebook Group
The Dry Arch Children's Centre have now set up a closed Facebook Group for expectant and breastfeeding mothers within the local community to share their Breastfeeding Journey's together.

GROUP MISSION:
"To create a safe environment for expectant and breastfeeding mothers within the local community to share their experiences through open conservation.
Celebrating breastfeeding journeys together and encouraging each other to reach breastfeeding goals through our stories, tears of joy and laughter."
GROUP PURPOSE
To support and provide information for Breastfeeding mothers within the local area of Dry Arch Children’s Centres.
This will be a closed group on Facebook, meaning that in order to join a member of the Dry Arch SureStart Admin Team must approve your request.
To join the group, potential members must answer a few simple questions and agree to our code of conduct.
DRY ARCH BREASTFEEDING SERVICES
Dry Arch SureStart run two weekly Breastfeeding Support Groups.
- Dry Arch Dungiven on Tuesday, 10am-12noon.
- Limavady (Catherine Street) on Thursday, 10am-12noon.
Any expectant and breastfeeding mothers are invited to drop in at any time between 10am-12, there will be a warm welcome with a cup of tea, support and friendly chat.
WHSCT peer support volunteers who attend the group on a weekly basis and The Dry Arch Children's Centre continues to work in partnership with midwives and health visitors.
